Shipping Policy
Processing and Delivery Times
- Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped.

Shipping Fees & Taxes
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the order.
- Duties and taxes:
- Orders shipped within Canada are subject to applicable provincial and federal taxes (GST/HST/PST).
- Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Carriers
- We ship via reputable carriers (Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and DHL).
- We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing times, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
- OM is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery confirmation. We recommend selecting signature-required delivery for added security.
Return and Refund Policy
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.
- Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Personalized/customized products
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Intimate or hygiene-related products (if applicable)
Opened products are not eligible for a full refund. Instead, customers have two options:
- Store Credit: Receive store credit for the value of the returned product.

Exchange: Swap for another product of equal or greater value (customers must pay the difference if applicable).
Customers must return the item in its original packaging, even if opened.
OM reserves the right to decline returns for products that show excessive use or damage.
Return Process
- Request Authorization: Contact our customer service at omcncanada@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Shipping the Return: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Inspection & Refund: Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 business days.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to arrange for an exchange or replacement.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
